What AskCatch is

AskCatch listens to named public sources for phrases you set, and keeps the matches (“catches”) for you. AskCatch does not post, comment, message, or take any action on any platform on your behalf, it does not write replies or suggest wording for you, and it does not access your accounts on any platform.

Your account

Access is by email sign-in link only. You are responsible for the email address on your account and for anything done while signed in through it. One account is for one business.

Subscription

The service begins with a $1 charge covering the first 3 days, then bills $19 per month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime — inside your account or by email to help@doogex.com — and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; listening continues until then. Prices may change for future billing periods with notice by email before the change applies to you.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that any catch will become a customer, that any source will carry any particular volume of questions, or that a third-party platform will keep its public feeds available. Sources can change or close; if one does, we will say so on the sources list rather than pretend otherwise. You are responsible for anything you post.

Acceptable use

Do not use catches to harass any person, to post deceptive claims, or to break the rules of the community you post in. Accounts used that way may be closed.

Liability

The service is provided as described here. To the extent the law allows, CLEARDEAL LLC's liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.
